Knowledge communication is essential for increasing safety before, during, and after flooding as well as other nature and climate hazards. Emergency preparedness starts with awareness raising in each one of us. Thus, several types of educational material on flood protection and water resource management as well as risk management and climate risks have been listed subdivided into information, behavioral and risk precaution for different target audiences. Furthermore, additional and other sources of knowledge are presented such that special interests and further knowledge management can be done individually.
